Bayes modeli, önsel olasılık dağılımı kullanarak kabul edilebilir oranı birkaç dönem üzerinden optimum hesap yapmak için kullanmaktadır. Ancak, aralıklı talep gibi muhtelif talep oranlarının altında, Bayes Modelinin performansı analiz edilmemiştir. Çalışmada ilişkisel tarama modeli benimsenmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini, otomotiv sektöründeki işletmelerden amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 364 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak maksadıyla kullanılan ank?t f?rmunda ??m?gr?f?k ??ru??r, Çevik Üretim Yetenekleri Ö?ç?ğ? ve İşletme Performansı Ö?ç?ğ? ?u?unm?kt??ır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS v26 ve AMOS v20 yazılımları kullanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında geçerlilik analizi, güvenilirlik analizi, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler, korelasyon analizi ve Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda çeviklik yeteneğinin işletme performansı üzerinde olumlu etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çeviklik yetenekleri boyutlarının etkileri incelendiğinde ise işletme performansı üzerinde cevap verme, yetkinlik ve hızın olumlu yönde ve anlamlı etkilerinin olduğu, esnekliğin ise anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. These functions range from common ones such as warehouse and transportation management to less known ones such as demand management. In order to execute and manage the supply chain processes successfully, organisations need a comprehensive evaluation approach to determine the most suitable system. The evaluation of an SCEM system involves numerous decision making criteria. Moreover, it is usually characterised with uncertainty and vagueness since it is very difficult to rate SCEM system alternatives with exact terms. To cope with this problem, a fuzzy logic-based approach is developed in this study. This approach main integrates the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to weight the decision criteria and the Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution to rate alternatives. This has triggered researchers to work on metrics for tracking and tracing energy sustainability in order to provide monitoring mechanisms for policy makers. In this regard, multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) methods are becoming more popular to deal with the multidimensional and complex nature of sustainability. We have proposed an extended and revised version of the grey relational analysis (GRA) method, which is integrated with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to develop a new composite index for comparing the overall energy sustainability performances of 35 OECD member countries. Our case study revealed the performances of selected countries by providing their strengths and weaknesses based on determined criteria as well as the level of change in performances with different criteria weights. At the evaluation procedure, the F-AHP was applied to determine the relative weights of evaluation criteria. Managers should be able to strive for alignment within corporate branding by tracking the character of the supply-chain relationship and monitoring for discrepancies between corporate and dealer perspectives. Companies can survive by the help of innovation improvement because that it provides continuous progress, which enables companies to grow faster, become more efficient and more profitable than companies, which do not make innovation. Particularly for exporting companies’ innovation gains much more importance because of shortening product life cycle and increasing competition in global environment. There are numerous studies that investigates the relation between innovation and firm performance. Research results have shown that innovation influences firm performance in different ways such as; entering the market for the first time with an innovative product allow companies to obtain relatively high profits; the number of innovations completed by companies had a positive impact on the operating profit margin; high product innovativeness had positive affect on the sustainable profitability in longitudinal researches; companies’ technical and administrative innovation have also positive affect on firm performance. Therefore, due to the higher uncertainty in business environment, it is crucial to identify the criteria for innovation decision and analyze the effects on firms’ financial performance. In this study, main objective is to find out the most important criteria for innovation decision that affects financial performance in Turkish export companies. Farklı operasyonel koşullarda, çeşitli yetkinlik tiplerinde ve karmaşık sistemlere sahip uçaklar üzerinde personel yetkinliğinin hangi yönde geliştirilmesi gerektiğine karar vermek zor bir süreçtir. Bu çalışmada, personel yetkinliğinin hangi yönde geliştirileceğine karar vermek için, sürecin tüm boyutlarını değerlendirerek doğru uçak sistemini seçebilmek amacıyla kullanılabilecek modeli oluşturmak amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem- Bu araştırma kapsamında birebir görüşmeler yapılmış, risk analizi ve anket uygulanmıştır. ÇKKV yöntemlerinden olan AHP, TOPSIS ve VIKOR’dan faydalanılarak uçak sistemlerinin nihai önem sıralaması elde edilmiştir. Bulgular- Araştırma bulguları personel yetkinliğinin geliştirilmesi için önemli olan uçak sistemlerinin belirlenmesinde tek bir parametreye bakılamayacağını göstermiştir. Doğru uçak sistemini seçmek için bakımın etkinliğini gösteren tüm boyutların sürece dahil edilmesi gerekmektedir. Sonuç- Önem sırasına göre seçilen uçak sistemleriyle anket sonuçları eşleştirildiğinde elde edilen sonuçlar bakım personelinin yetkinliğini geliştirmek için üzerinde durulması gereken noktaları ortaya çıkarmıştır. Sürdürülebilir üretimin en iyi araçlarından biri olan yalın üretim bu noktada daha fazla önem kazanmıştır. Hammadde stoğunun azalması yer yer bitmesi üretim sürecinde aksamalara sebebiyet vermiş, müşteri talebinin karşılanamamasına neden olmuştur. Hâlihazırda yalın üretim felsefesini benimsemiş işletmeler yalın uygulamalarına daha çok önem göstermektedir. Bu çalışma da bu süreç içerisinde otomotiv parçası üreten işletmelerin hangi yalın üretim araçlarını öncelikli olarak kullandıklarını tespit etmeye yönelik araştırma yapmıştır. Araştırma yalın üretim araçlarını kullandığını belirten 42 otomotiv parçası üreticisi işletmenin üretim mühendislerini yönelimlerini göstermektedir. Yalın üretim araçlarının bu süreç içerisinde tercih edilmesini yorumlayıcı yapısal model kullanarak açıklayan anket çalışması sonucunda pandemi sürecinde en çok tercih edilen yalın üretim aracının toplam verimli bakım ve hata önleme sistemleri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunun nedenleri yorumlandığında boşta duran makinalara bakım yapılacağı ve üretim esnasında olabilecek bir arızada gerekli tamir parçasının tedariğinin geç gelebileceğinden dolayı periyodik bakıma önem verildiğidir. Bir ikinci yalın üretim aracı da hata önleme sistemidir. Süreçlerindeki iyileştirmelerde poke-yoke araçlarını geliştirdikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. The simulation approach provides process modules which can be adjusted with certain parameters by using data relatively easily obtainable in production process. World Line Card production system simulation is developed to evaluate the optimality of existing production line via using discrete event simulation model with variety of alternative proposals. The current production system is analysed by a simulation model emphasizing the bottlenecks and the poorly utilized production line. Bu sorunun çözümü için araştırma, çok kriterli karar verme modeli yön temleri olan bütünleşik DEMATEL ve ANP'yi birlik te k ullanmayı önermek tedir. Hangi seçenek lerin işletme yöneti c i l e ri için en kabul edilebilir olduğu tespit etmek için kullanılan süreç, otomotiv endüstrisinde üretilen modelin uygulanması ile ne kadar uygulanabilir olduğunu göstermektedir.
