A literature review on green innovation and sustainable growth

To achieve sustainable growth environmental factors plays an important role. Environmental issues are very important for consumers, companies and also for countries. Companies are trying to achieve new improvements for their products and/or processes to decrease their costs, to differentiate their products or to satisfy consumer needs etc.. Innovation is a critical factor for development. The aim of this research is to make a short literature review and figure out the importance of innovation that focuses environmentally effective developments which is called green innovation. There are various studies in literature about green innovation that concentrates on current and future environmental issues and reducing energy and resource consumption.
