dc.description.abstractKoroner arter fistülleri, büyük damarlar veya kalbin odacıkları ile koroner arterler arasındaki bağlantılar ile karakterize olan ve nadir görülen anomalilerdir. Bu makalede 68 yaşında 5 yıldan uzun zamandır eforla artış gösteren dispnesi olan erkek hasta sunulmaktadır. Hastanın tetkikleri sırasında yapılan Koroner BT anjiografisinde koroner arter hastalığı tanısı konmuş ve koroner anjiografi önerilmişti. Koroner anjiografide koroner arterlerde önemli derecede bir stenoza rastlanmamış, ancak sol ön inen koroner arterin dalı diagonal arter ile ana pulmoner arter arasındaki fistül oluşumunu ortaya koymuştur.. Başarılı bir cerrahi tedavi ile fistül alanı bulundu, bağlandı ve ayrıldı. Postoperatif dönemde operasyonla ilgili sorunu olmayan hasta 5. gün taburcu edildi.en_US
dc.description.abstractCoronary artery fistulas are rare abnormalities, characterized with vascular communications between the coronary arteries and cardiac chambers or major vessels. A 68 years old male patient of exertional dyspnae over 5 years was admitted to our hospital. Coronary artery disease was diagnosed in his coronary CT angiography and coronary angiography had been recommended. However coronary angiography revealed no significant stenosis on the coronary arteries but showed a high flow fistula between the diagonal arterial branch of left anterior descending coronary artery and left main pulmonary artery. We performed a surgical treatment successfully, the fistulous tract identified, ligated and sewn up. After an uneventful course, the patient was discharged on the fifth postoperative day.en_US
