Özet
Çalışmanın amacı cerrahi hemşirelerinin mesleki tutumları ile bakım verici rollerine ilişkin tutumları arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma cerrahi hemşirelerin mesleki tutumları ile bakım verici rollerine ilişkin tutumları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesine yönelik tanımlayıcı kesitsel desende tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında hemşirelerden Tanımlayıcı Bilgi Formu, Kolorta Hemşirelik Tutum Ölçeği ve Hemşirelerin Bakım Verici Role İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği aracılığıyla veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Packagefor Social Sciences) 26.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analiz edilmesi ve değişkenler arası ilişkinin incelenmesi için t testi, Kruskall Wallis testi, Mann Whitney U testi, korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların %86.5’i kadın, %13.5’i erkek olup, yaş ortalaması 27.28±5.3 yıl, mesleki deneyim ortalaması ise 6.5±5.6 yıldır. KOLORTA ve HBRTÖ puanları cinsiyet, medeni durum, çocuk sahibi olma durumu, eğitim düzeyi ve çalışma şekli gibi değişkenlerle istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki göstermemiştir (p>.05). Ancak, cerrahi serviste çalışan hemşirelerin ameliyathanede çalışanlara göre daha düşük KOLORTA puanı (p<.05) ve gelir durumu giderinden az olanların daha düşük KOLORTA puanı (p<.05) olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, ameliyathanede çalışanların bakım verici rollerine ilişkin tutum düzeyleri cerrahi serviste çalışanlara göre daha yüksektir (p<.05). Araştırmada ameliyathane hemşireleri ile cerrahi servis hemşirelerinin mesleki tutum düzeyi ile bakım verici rollerine ilişkin tutum düzeylerinin farklı olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Hemşirelerin mesleğe karşı tutumu ile bakım verici rolleri arasında ilişki olmadığını göstermektedir.
The aim of the study is to reveal the relationship between the professional attitudes of surgical nurses and their attitudes towards their caregiving roles. The study was designed as a descriptive cross-sectional design to examine the relationship between the professional attitudes of surgical nurses and their attitudes towards their caregiving roles. Within the scope of the study, data were collected from the nurses via the Descriptive Information Form, Kolorta Nursing Attitude Scale and Nurses' Attitude Scale Towards the Caregiving Role. However, it was found that nurses working in surgical wards had lower KOLORTA scores (p<.05) than those working in operating rooms and those whose income was lower than their expenses had lower KOLORTA scores (p<.05). In addition, the attitude levels of those working in operating rooms towards their caregiving roles were higher than those working in surgical wards (p<.05). The study found that the professional attitude levels of operating room nurses and surgical ward nurses and their attitude levels towards their caregiving roles were different. It shows that there is no relationship between the attitudes of nurses towards the profession and their caregiving roles.
