Özet
80 milyon önce yaşamış dinozorların fosillerinde ve beş bin yıllık insan mumyasında tespit edilen, dünyanın var oluşu kadar eski denilebilecek kanser hastalığının teşhis ve tedavisindeki gizemler yavaş yavaş aralanıyor. Kanser tedavisinde umut verici gelişmeler var.
Cancer is a disease found even in 80 million years old dinosaur fossils and five thousand years old mummified humans and it may be as old as the world itself. Yet, we may be close to solving the mysteries concerning the diagnosis and treatment of cancer as there are promising developments.
