dc.description.abstractMedial plantar arterin pedikülünü oluşturduğu bir fasyokütan ada flebi olan medial plantar flep, ayak bileği ve ayaktaki bazı defektlerin rekonstrüksiyonu amacıyla kullanılmıştır. Bu bölge yumuşak doku defektlerinin kapatılması, lokal fleplerin yetersizliği, fleplerde aynı doku kompozisyonunun sağlanması, sağlam ve duyu taşıyan flep gerekliliği nedeni ile zorluklar taşır.en_US
dc.description.abstractMedial plantar fasciocutaneous flap based on the medial plantar vessels has been used for reconstruction of ankle and foot defects. Covering of soft tissue defects on this region is very difficult , because of less number of local flaps, necessity of durable and sensitive flaps and same soft tissue components to the original tissue.en_US
