dc.description.abstractNadir görülen bir anomali olan kalisiyel divertikül, böbrek toplayıcı sisteminin kortiko medüller bölgeye doğru idrar dolu kistik bir poşseklinde herniasyonu olup söz konusu kistik kavite, sağlam kalisiyel doku ile dar bir istmus aracılığıyla birleşmektedir. Nonsekretuvar özellikteki bu kistik poş, üriner staz ve bunu izleyen komplikasyonlara zemin hazırlamaktadır. Bu olgularda kalsiyel divertikül, yapılan ilk basamak radyolojik tetkik olan ultrasonografide (US) genellikle kortikalkist tanısı almaktadır. Kalisiyel divertikülün diğer renal patolojilerinden ayrıcı tanısı ve doğru tedavisinin belirlenmesinde intravenöz kontrast madde kullanılarak yapılan intravenözpiyelografi(İVP) ve bilgisayarlı tomografi(BT) önemlidir. Bu makalede kalisiyeldivertikül olgusunun US, İVP ve BT bulgularını sunuyoruz.en_US
dc.description.abstractCaliceal diverticulum is a rare disorder in which a urine-fi lled cystic cavity is connected to the renal calix by a narrow isthmus as an out pouching of the collecting system into the corticomedullary region. It is a nonsecretory cavity that serves as a conduit for urinary stasis and its ensuing complications. In these cases, caliceal diverticulum generally defi ned as cortical cyst in ultrasonography (US) which is initial step radiologic examination. Intraveneous pyelography with using intravenouscontrast (IVP) and computed tomography (CT) areessential for exact treatment and determining diff erential diagnosis of caliceal diverticulum than other pathologies. In this case, we are presenting US, IVP and CT fi ndings of a case with caliceal diverticulum.en_US
