dc.description.abstractYenidoğanda septik artrit nadir görülür fakat sekel bırakabilmesi nedeniyle ciddi bir durumdur. Genellikle hastane kaynaklı enfeksiyonlarla ilişkilidir. Erken tanıyı takiben verilen uygun tedavi eklem enfeksiyonlarına bağlı sakatlığı azaltmada veya önlemede en etkili yöntemdir. Doğru tanıyı koyabilmek için öncelikle böyle bir hastalığın varlığından şüphelenmek gerekir. Burada 2 günlükken kalça ekleminde hassasiyeti fark edilen ancak 24 günlükken septik artrit tanısı alan, öncesinde sağlıklı ve risk faktörü olmayan term yenidoğanın sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Acil cerrahi drenaja alınan hastanın sinoviyal sıvı kültüründe metisiline dirençli Staphylococcus aureus üremiştir. Cerrahi drenaj ve antibiyotik tedavisi sonucu hastamız sekelsiz iyileşmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractNeonatal septic arthritis is uncommon but a serious condition because the dissability related to these infections. It is usually related to nosocomial infection. Early diagnosis followed by appropriate treatment is the best method for preventing or reducing dissability due to septic arthritis. Correct diagnosis first requires clinical suspicion for it. The goal of this case report is to share that the 24 days old newborn has septic arthritis without any risk factor. Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from joint fluid. A good result was obtained with drainage, antibioterapy and rehabilitation.en_US
