dc.description.abstractThe freedom of expression is a right recognized in all developed countries of the world, and its protection is a priority in a democratic society. Despite that, recently there have been a number of reports in the global media regarding journalists' dismissal from work due to eıpressed viewpoints. Managers make ambiguous decision over imposing (or not) a sanction on employees that make statements on social networks undesired by them.en_US
dc.description.abstractİfade özgürlüğü bütün gelişmiş ülkeler tarafından kabul edilen bir haktır ve onun korunması demokratik bir toplumda önceliktir. Buna rağmen son zamanlarda gazetecilerin kendi görüş açılarını ifade ettikleri için işlerinden atıldığına dair küresel olarak bir çok haber yapılmıştır. Yöneticiler sosyal medya üzerinde onlar tarafından istenmeyen şahsi açıklamalarda bulunan çalışanlarına yönelik belirsiz karar ve cezalar vermektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı bu konuda Gürcistan'da mevcut durumun belirlenmesidir.en_US
