Özet
In this study, Borophene and PANI:Borophene nanocomposite were prepared using a low cost and simple sonication method. The prepared PANI:b Borophene nanocomposite-based sensor has a higher response than the Borophenebased sensor against volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Both the b Borophenebased sensor and PANI:b Borophene nanocomposite sensor were selectively detected ethanol. The results reveal that limit of detection of the prepared b Borophene-based sensor and PANI:b Borophene nanocomposite sensor was 1000 and 60 ppm, respectively. The response time of the PANI:Borophene nanocomposite-based sensor was 40 s and the recovery time of the sensor was 12 s at 1200 ppm ethanol. The selective and rapid detection of the prepared PANI:Borophene nanocomposite-based sensor is impressive. PANI:b Borophene nanocomposite-based sensor has a great potential for future applications in high-performance VOC detectors.
