dc.description.abstractGenel olarak hastalıklar; bireylerin fiziksel, emosyonel, ruhsal ve sosyal gereksinimleri yanısıra manevi gereksinimlerini de artırırlar. Kanser gibi tedavisi uzun süreli olan, yaşam kalitesini azaltan durumlarda hastanın sosyal ve manevi desteğe olan gereksinimi daha da artar. Bugün dünyada her 10 kadından ikisi meme kanseri yakalanmakta ve meme kanserine bağlı ölümler tüm kanser grupları arasında ikinci sırada olmaktadır. Meme kanseri özellikle kadın sağlığını tehdit eden, ağrılı vücut değişkenliği yaratan, yoğun tedavi süreci ile hasta ve yakınları tarafından kabul edilmesi zor, önemli bir stres kaynağı olarak çeşitli psikososyal ve manevi sorunlara yol açan önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Yapılan çalışmalar, maneviyatın meme kanseri gibi varoluşsal kriz yaşayan hastaların başetme yeteneğinde önemli rolü olduğunu, iyi oluş yaşantısını, umudunu ve hastalığından anlam bulma yeteneğini arttırdığını göstermektedir. Sağlık profesyonelleri hastaların bütünlüğünü koruma pozisyonundadır, ancak bu konudaki yayınlar maneviyatın gözardı edildiğini ve manevi bakımın yetersiz olduğunu göstermektedir. Ülkemizde hastalıkların hasta üzerinde yarattığı etkilere yönelik yayınlar incelendiğinde, maneviyatla ilgili çalışmaların yetersiz olduğu görülmektedir. Bu derleme, hastalıkta maneviyatın etkisine, meme kanseri olan hastalarda manevi gereksinimlerin belirlenmesine ve manevi bakıma yönelik bilgi içermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn general; diseases increase the physical, emotional, psychological and socials needs of the individuals as well as moral needs. In conditions like cancer which has a long term medical treatment and which decreases the life quality , the patients’ needs to social and moral support increase more. Today, in the world 2 of every 10 women have been caught to breast cancer and the deaths depend upon the breast cancer takes the second place among all the cancer groups. Breast cancer is an important health problem which especially threats women health, creates painful body variables which is hard to be accepted by the patients and their close families because of its intensive care process, as an important stress source which causes different psychosocial and spiritual problems. The studies which have been done showed that spirituality has an important role in breast cancer patients in their capacity of coping, which lives existential crisis, being well experiences, hopes and increasing the capacity of finding means from the illness. The health professionals are in the care position of wholeness of the patients, the publications about this subject show that the morale is not being taken into consideration and an insufficiency of spiritual care . When the publications which have been examined about the effects of diseases on patients in our country ; it is seen that the publications are insufficient about the spirituality. This collecting includes knowledge directed to the effect of spirituality in illness , investigate the morale needs in breast cancer patients and spiritual care.en_US
