| dc.description.abstract | Amaç: Bu çalışma dahiliye yoğun bakım servislerinde çalışan hemşirelerin karşılaştıkları güçlükleri ve iş doyumlarını belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve ilişkilendirici olarak yapılan bu çalışmada veriler, Tanıtım Formu, Örgütsel Stres Kaynakları Ölçeği ve İş Doyumu Ölçeği ile elde edildi. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Student-t testi, tek yönlü varyans an alizi (ANOVA), Mann-Whitney U testi, Kruskall-Wallis tek yönlü varyans analizleri, Pearson's Korelasyon Analizi ve Spearman sıra korelasyon analizi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan 65 hemşirenin toplam iş stresi puanının ortalamanın üzerinde olduğu (191.5±33.7), iş streslerinin, iş doyumu alt boyutlarından rekabet, başarı duygusu, iş kontrolü, iş yükü, inisiyatif kullanımı, karar verme-yargılama, işin sonucunu görme ve işi sevme boyutlarında etkili olduğu belirlendi. Hemşirelerde en fazla doyumun hastaya ait hedefler ve işi sevme boyutlarında, en fazla doyumsuzluğun ise sorumluluk, insanlarla tanışma-arkadaşlık ve iş yükü boyutlarında olduğu saptandı. Sonuç: Yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin iş doyumlarını arttırmak için örgütsel rahatsızlık ve örgütsel stres kaynaklarının azaltılması gerekmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective: This study was performed to determine the job satisfaction and the difficulties that the nurses working in intensive care unit come across. Method: The study design was descriptive-correlational. Data were collected by using a Recognition Form, an Organizational Stressors Scale and an Occupational Satisfaction Form. In the evaluation process of the data, Student-t test, one-way analysis of variance, Mann Whitney-U test, Kruskall-Wallis one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman correlation coefficient were used. Results: As a result it was determined that the points of 65 nurses who attending to study for occupational stressors were above the average (191.5±33.7, 95-264), the occupational stressors were observed to have certain effects on the sub-branches of occupational satisfaction such as competition feeling of success, the job control, the burden of responsibility, using the initiative, deciding and judging process to see the result of the job and the job satisfaction. The highest job satisfaction was found about the responsibility, aims about looking after the patients and loving the job, and the lowest job satisfaction was found about meeting people-socializing, hard working and job control. Conclusion: It was offered to lessen the sources of organizational discomfort and organizational stressors to improve occupational satisfaction of nurses. | |
