| dc.description.abstract | Doğum sonu dönemde kadınlar önemli fiziksel, sosyal ve emosyonel değişiklikler yaşamaktadır. Anne ve yenidoğanın bu dönemi sağlıklı bir şekilde geçirebilmesinde hemşirelik girişimlerinin önemi büyüktür. Bakımın kalitesini ve bakım sonuçlarını iyileştirmek, klinik uygulamalarda ve hasta bakım sonuçlarında fark yaratmak, bakımı standardize etmek ve hasta memnuniyetini artırmak sadece kanıt temelli yaklaşımlarla mümkündür. Bu derlemenin amacı doğum sonu yüksek olan maternal morbiditeyi azaltmada hemşirelik uygulamalarında kullanılabilecek kanıt temelli yaklaşımları vurgulamak ve konunun önemine dikkat çekmektir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Women experience significant physical, social and emotional changes during postpartum period. The nursing initiatives are of major importance in mothers and the newborn's get through this period. Improvement of care quality and the care results, creating difference in clinical applications and patient care results, standardization of care and improving the patient satisfaction is only possible by evidence based approaches. The aim of this composition is to highlight the evidence based approaches to be used at nursing applications in order to decrease postpartum maternal morbidity and to attract the attention to the subject. | |
