Temporal triangular alopecia was first described by sabouraud in 1905; another term for the condution- ''congenital triangular alopecia''- is a minsomer. The pattern of hair loss is usually unilateral and lancet-shaped, and the alopecia is seldom congenital, but the vast majority of cases of temporal triangular alopecia appear to develop during the first few years of life.
An interesting anomaly of the penis.

We present an interesting anomaly of the penis that includes macrophallus, chordee, penile hyperpigmentation, and preputium agenesis. Although no treatment was given, our patient represented a pattern that has not been described in the literature and that should be mentioned to urulogist and plastic surgeons.
